We are thrilled to announce the winners of the Jumala Creator Contest! This contest was exclusive to students at the Center for Serious Play at University of Washington, Bothell. These creative and hardworking students dazzled us with their creations. Please join us in congratulating the winners!
Category: Most Creative Game
Winner: The Lifekeep by ianatherton

Judges’ Comments: Far and above the most creative on all fronts. Although the gameplay mechanics felt a bit unnecessarily punishing; the aesthetic, theme, story all supported each other wonderfully.
Category: Most Challenging Game
Winner: Walk the Line by RoboBob3000

Judges’ Comments: Very simple and very challenging. The timing of the floor spikes was done perfectly to create a punishing, yet finish-able experience.
Category: Most-Played Game
Winner: Splat by ianatherton
Judges’ Comments: Not applicable; this category was purely a numbers game and more people played Splat than any other submission.
Category: Honorable Mention
Winner: Bank Heist by kemmish

Judges’ Comments: This one was just too good not to mention. The theme was well outside the typical assets provided, yet the experience was unmistakably that of pulling a Jumala-style bank caper.
Congratulations to our winners and thank you to all who participated!
